ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyses information needs and specifies technology to meet those needs.

Prepare documentation and perform additional task assigned by Enterprise ICT Management Office.

Formulates and directs information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies and plans.

Directs the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training.

Directs ICT operations and sets priorities between system developments, maintenance and operations
-
Analysing information needs and specifying technology to meet those needs

Plans, organizes, directs, controls and co-ordinates quality accredited ICT and cyber security projects.

Work with ICT Team, Service Managers and suppliers to manage activity and budgets.

Analyze and provide timely, clear and concise management reports to the Business Manager and LGA senior management team, Service Managers and Stakeholders

Significant experience of, and proven ability to drive large scale projects and programmes, with high collaboration and leadership

project management, demonstrating the ability to meet targets in respect of deadlines and resources.

Oversee and manage all aspects of ICT project phases including proactive management of project risks andissues;

Work diligently to ensure that project deliverables match agreed-upon schedule, scope and cost dimensions

Prepare presentation and status report for the senior management team and other stakeholder group.

Ensure the effective communication, co-ordination between many onsite and off site contribution.
