ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on experience in RSA under Information Security Domain like: RSA Authentication Manager,RSA Cloud Authentication Service,RSA Tokens – Software\Hardware
- Experienced in handling Severity ticket for RSA Servers.
- Some knowledge of Active Directory (Directory Structure\LDAP Filters).
- Experienced deploying to AWS /Azure and ESX environments
- Experienced in conducting detailed analysis of any fraudulent transactions.
- Experienced in training and mentoring the team members.
- Involved in root cause analysis and debugging the errors.
- Preparing and maintaining documentations and analysing system logs as per the client requirements.
- Ensure effective communication with all the relevant stakeholders for protection of data
SKILLS
- Has working experience as RSA SecurID Authentication Manager, RSA SecurID access, RSA certificate Manager.
- Hands on experience in upgradation of RSA Securid Infrastructure and support RSA servers.
- Experienced in ticketing tools like BMC Remedy.
- Basic Understanding of RADIUS Authentication.
- Having basic understanding of SAML Single Sign On.
- Experienced in Troubleshooting different issues of RSA SecurlD Authentication Manager version 7.1 & 8.x
- Has experience in minute monitoring and generating reports of all servers, storage and suspicious activity.
- Has good knowledge in troubleshooting on VPN connectivity issues / errors using RSA Security ID tokens.
- Experienced in analysing system logs for RSA related issues.
- Has Basic Networking knowledge.
- Has basic Linux Administration Experience.
- •Has strong communication skills to co-ordinate with relevant stake holders to ensure effective data protection.
